ABOUT ME
The top line – I’m a CPA who is out to reimagine the CPA firm. I have been in the industry for over 20 years, double majored in Accounting and Sociology, and am the managing partner of Rohloff Associates. I have clients all over the US, have won a handful of awards, and am a unicorn who loves numbers and culture.
I have guided businesses through pretty much every imaginable scenario and am Birkman Certified™ for growing High Performance Teams. I love to share my wisdom, insight, and experience of being CEO of an amazing team. If you tell me I can’t do something, my next goal is to prove that wrong.
The bottom line – I’m obsessed with all the behavior tests (Achiever, Enneagram 3, Birkman Blue) and feel like my self awareness will never be fully complete. Coffee sustains me, I love to cook at the cost of pure kitchen destruction, and I consider Brene and Jen my BFF’s (I will go dark when one of their new books comes out). I believe that grit and determination will win over smarts every day.
I am raising two phenomenal kids with my husband who is also an entrepreneur and a dog who thinks she’s human. I don’t pretend to have the home life and work life thing figured out. It’s always a work in progress and I firmly believe in outsourcing what you can.
